O'SULLIVAN, Jeremiah "Jerry" Christopher

Family and friends are invited to attend a Service to Celebrate the Life of Jerry O’Sullivan to be held at St Mary of the Angels Basilica, 150 Yarra St, Geelong on TUESDAY (11th June) at 2:00pm prior to a private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jerry may be made to Anam Cara House. Envelopes will be available at the church.
