It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved

Dr. Mark O’Brien on 14th May 2025, aged 94 years.
Mark touched the lives of patients, colleagues and family through his kindness, wisdom, and dedication.

Dearly loved husband of Fran, Father and father-in-law of Grace, Michael & Elizabeth,
Brendan & Erica, Nicola, Mathew & Sharon. Stepfather & stepfather-in-law of Deanne,
Tania and Paul, Kylie and Michael, Russell and Julia.
Also much loved by 20 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Requiem Mass in celebration and thanksgiving for Mark's life, to be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 121 Mains Road, Sunnybank on 27th May 2025, commencing at 11:00 AM followed by refreshments at the Paloma Reception Center at the church and are welcome to join the funeral cortege at 1:30 PM at the nearby Mt Gravatt Cemetery, Lawn 18 Lot 22.
