Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service for Phillip (Phil) Rex Oates to be held at the Franklin Grove Centre, 502 Hobart Road, Youngtown on Monday, 18th January 2021 commencing at 11:00 a.m. followed by the interment at the Carr Villa Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Council would be appreciated and may be made at the service.
