Grandmother of Steven, Nigel, Lana, Katharine, Carlos, Richard, Jack and Mark. Great Grandmother of Paige, Mikey, Kai, Chantelle, Mathew, George and Alex.

Jadwiga’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held at Guardian Funerals Chapel at Pinegrove Memorial Park, Kington St. Minchinbury on Thursday, 31st October 2019, commencing at 10am.
