Late of Toowoomba, passed away on 5th March 2021, aged 95 years. 

Beloved Husband of Pat (dec'd). Dearly Loved Father of Sue. Cherished Brother of Audrey (dec'd), Beryl Fraser and Baby Joyce (dec'd). 

A celebration of Norm's life will be held in Toowoomba, on Wednesday, 17th March 2021, commencing at 9:30am.
