NOAKES, Steven Miles (8074329)Lieutenant Commander R.A.NIt is with profound sadness that the people closest to Steve (Alfie) announce the passing of Lieutenant Commander Steven Noakes, Commanding Officer of Australian Defence Vessel Cape Inscription on Monday 26th June 2017.Steven was a much loved husband, father, godfather, brother, uncle, friend to many and a proud navy member. He devoted 36 years of his life to serving his country and for that we couldn't be more proud of him.
