The Committal will then follow
at the Enfield Mausoleum,
Enfield Memorial Park,
Browning Street, Clearview.
Visitation will be held
at the Frank J Siebert Funeral Chapel,
49 Wakefield St, Adelaide
on SUNDAY, December 29, 2019
from 6:00 p.m until 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
