MOFFA, Concetta (Connie)

Relatives and Friends of the late Concetta (Connie) MOFFA are advised that her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St Augustines Catholic Church, 23 Commercial Road Salisbury, on FRIDAY December 16th 2022 at 11am.

After the Mass condolences will be received in the church.

Following condolences a cortege will proceed to the Pioneer Catholic Cemetery, Ponton St. Salisbury for Concettas interment.

In lieu of Floral Tributes a Donation to the National Heart Foundation in Memory of Connie would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the church.
