in the Greek Orthodox Church of Koimisis Tis Theotokou,

At conclusion of Service the

Cortege will proceed to Dudley Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the QEH

North Ground B, Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
