Cherished Nan to Christian, Nicholas, and Daniel. Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of Life to be held at Trinity Community Funerals Chapel, 35 Mt Milman Drive, Smithfield on Wednesday 18th of October 2017, commencing at 11.00am. A the conclusion of the service a private cremation will follow.
