Beloved Wife of John “Jack” (dec’d). Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of John and Melinda, Edward and Kym. Loving Nan to Nicholas, Patrick, Philip and Elizabeth.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Requiem Mass in Thanksgiving for Patricia’s life at 10am on Wednesday, 24th August 2022 at All Saints’ Catholic Church, John Street, Boonah, followed by Interment at Kalbar Cemetery.
