Itie's family warmly invite you to attend a Graveside Service for Mum at Mona Vale Cemetery on Tuesday, 17th December, 2019 at 10.30am, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Northern Beaches Christian Reformed Church, 58 Fisher Road, Dee Why at approximately 11.30am. Parking available in PCYC carpark opposite.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Alexander Aged Care and Northern Beaches Hospital for the wonderful care they provided Mum.
