McCARTHY, EDWARD GEORGE(MAC) (EDDIE)Late of Atherton. Passed away peacefully after a long battle with a number of health issues at the Atherton Hospital on the 22nd May, 2015. Aged 81 years. Beloved husband of Joan (dec). Dearly loved father of Bruce and Fiona and a much loved grandad of Matthew, Lauren, Daniel, Kika and James. Will be sadly missed by all who knew him.Relatives and friends of Mac/Eddie are respectfully invited to attend his funeral which is appointed to move from Mountain View Chapel, Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd, Atherton, MONDAY 1st June, 2015 after a service commencing at 11:00am for interment in the Atherton cemetery.Executive and staff of the Meals On Wheels, Atherton Bowls Club and former Red Dome employees are also respectfully invited to attend.Donations to: thefreyafoundation.co.uk in lieu of flowers would be appreciated
