MAXWELL, John Roslyn

The family of Dr John Maxwell are sad to announce his death on 28th March in Buckinghamshire, UK. John was proud to have been born and bred in Adelaide and many of his family and friends remain. A much loved GP who worked in Tea Tree Gully and Fairview Park prior to emigrating to the UK in 1977. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A private service will take place on 21st April at The Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, UK. Family flowers only; donations may be given via https://www.justgiving.com and searching Dr John Maxwell.
