Kai passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents on Wednesday 4^th September, 2019 at the Queensland Children's Hospital in Brisbane. Beloved Son of John and Stacey. Much adored Brother of Haylee and Ari. Cherished Grandson, Nephew, Cousin and little Mate to many.

All Family and Friends are invited to attend KAI’S FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 12.00 NOON FRIDAY 20^th September, 2019 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Cnr. Hugh Street and Martinez Avenue, Townsville.  The Cortege will proceed to the Belgian Gardens Cemetery.
