Late of Kingsthorpe, passed away suddenly on 22nd November 2020, aged 19 years.
Dearly loved Son of David and Kayleen Commens. Adored Grandson of Bevan (dec'd) and Gayle Commens; Keith and Ann Fleming. Nephew of Helen and James Kidd; Alan Fleming.
A service for Loughlin will be held in Toowoomba with a second location being live-streamed, Thursday, 3rd December 2020 commencing at 9.30am.
