Dearly loved brother of Michael, Pauline, Katrina, Daniel, Joseph, Marianne, Jane, Adam and Sally.Relatives and friends of Philip are respectfully invited to attend his funeral which is appointed to move from Mountain View Chapel, Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd, Atherton, FRIDAY 6th May, 2016 after a service commencing at 10:30am for interment in the Ravenshoe cemetery
