Loving father of Michelle. Dearly loved son of Jack (dec'd) & Evelyn. Dearly missed by his brother, sisters and their families.Relatives and friends of Jack are respectfully invited to attend his funeral which is appointed to move from Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle's Tableland Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd, Atherton, Thursday 29th December, 2016 after a service commencing at 11:00am for interment in the Atherton cemetery
