Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service for Mr Jaryd Lewis to be held at our Funeral Centre and Crematorium, 25 McIntyre Street, Mornington, on Tuesday (11 June 2019) at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Muscular Dystrophy Tasmania and will be gratefully received at the service.
