Dearly loved wife of Stan. Sadly missed and greatly cherished mother of Leanne, Louise and Steven. Mother-in-law of Shane, Matt and Emma. Loving grandmother and loved sister of Halina.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Jan's life to be held at Centenary Memorial Gardens, 353 Wacol Station Road, Sumner on Wednesday 27 April, 2022 at 12 noon.
Jan's family would like to extend thanks to Dr Malczewski and the doctors and nurses at the Wesley Hospital and St Vincent's Palliative Care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pancare Foundation.
