The Relatives and Friends of the late Debra Kubisz are advised that her Cremation Service will be held in its ENTIRETY, at the Rose Garden, Memorial Park, Port Pirie on Wednesday, October 25th at 10.30am.

A private cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Council, envelopes will be available at the Service.
