to be held in the Carr Memorial

Chapel, 1 Morphett Street,

Mount Barker, on Monday Week,

October 24th, 2022, at 2.00pm,

followed by a private cremation.

If desired, in lieu of floral tributes,

a donation to Dementia Australia

in memory of Hugo, would be

greatly appreciated.
