It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving father George Kiranou on Saturday morning 16th December 2023.
Proud father of Kathy, Stephen, Olga and George. Adored grandfather of Anastasios, George, Xavier, Michael, Jasmine, Olivia, Alex and Mac and great grandfather of Anastasia and Aikaterini. His love and memory will live on forever in our hearts.
Dad was a respected builder in the Northern Territory helping to rebuild Darwin after Cyclone Tracy. He was a mentor to many, always sharing in his knowledge. His kindness and generosity touched everyone who knew him.
He will forever be loved and remembered by us all, a life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
All family and friends are invited to join us in the celebration of Dads life.
The funeral will be held on Friday 22nd December 9.30am at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church Darwin we will then follow onto Thorak Cemetery and the wake at the Greek School Nightcliff.
May his memory be eternal and he rest in peace.
