The chapel service for Adam Kadic will be held at The Wilson Chapel, 600 Princes Hwy Springvale (within the grounds of Springvale Botanical Cemetery) on Monday 27th June at 2.15pm.

The funeral will leave at the end of the service for a burial in the Arnold Lawn.

The family request that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Dementia Australia.
