A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Erica will take place on Thursday 11th July, commencing at 10:15am.

Erica's Service will be held in the Chapel Of Repose, Altona Memorial Park, 2-14 Doherty's Road, Altona North.


In lieu of flowers, Erica's family ask that you please make a donation to the team at Gabrielle Jennings Centre for Palliative Care at Werribee Mercy Hospital who delivered exceptional care to Erica during her time in their care.
