JOHNSON, Katherine Bronwen RELATIVES and FRIENDS of Katherine are respectfully informed that her Funeral Service will be conducted in the Folland Chapel, Enfield Memorial Park, Browning Street, Clearview on Monday, 8 July, 2019 at 11.15am. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Animal Welfare League or the Mary Potter Foundation would be appreciated. Donation envelopes will be available at the service. The family would like to thank all of the staff of Ward 8GB Royal Adelaide Hospital and Mary Potter Hospice for the care and compassion given to Katherine.
