Poppy's favourite Grand-daughters Tia & Caitlin. Cherished Brother-in-Law & Uncle.Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a funeral service to be held at Trinity Community Funeral Chapel, 35 Mt Milman Drive, Smithfield, on Wednesday, 4th January, 2017, commencing at 2.00pm. At the conclusion of the service a private cremation will follow.Your Local Community Funeral
