 Beloved Husband of Norma (dec'd). Loving Father and Father-in-law of Helen and Ray; Denise and Colin; Roslyn (dec'd); and Ian (dec'd). Loving Grandfather and Great Grandfather to their families. 

A funeral service for Jack will be held at St Stephen's Uniting Church, Neil Street Toowoomba, on Wednesday, 11th November 2020, commencing at 11:00am.
