Family and friends of John are invited to attend his Funeral Service on WEDNESDAY, February 19th 2020 at 10:30am in the Eric Freak Memorial Chapel, Prince Alfred College, 11 Little Flinders Street, Kent Town. 

In lieu of floral tributes donations in John's memory may be made to the R.A.H. Research Fund, (HSCGB) Acc 04-38 Medical Oncology Fund. Envelopes will be available at the service.
