Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Funeral Service to be held in the Trinity Community Funerals Chapel, 35 Mt Milman Drive, Smithfield on Friday July 15 2016 commencing at 11.00am. At the conclusion of the service a private cremation will follow.In lieu of flowers a donation to Alzheimers Australia - Dementia Research would be appreciated.
