Much loved and dearly missed by all her family.Relatives and friends of Pat are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd, Atherton, TOMORROW Wednesday 30th September, 2015 commencing at 2:00pm
