Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Neil's life to be held at St Bart's Anglican Church, 103 Stenner Street, Middle Ridge on Wednesday 15 December 2021, commencing at 9:00 am. Burial to follow at Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance, 1001 Ruthven Street, Kearney Springs.
