Jayleen SLACK(Nee Warland) Aged 35 Years Late of Weipa, formerly of Mossman. Passed away peacefully at her parents home in Julatten on Wednesday the 17th of June 2015.Loving Wife of Malcolm. Adored Mother to Simone, Sean and Amelia. Much Loved Daughter of Martin & Margaret.Daughter-in law of Peter (Deceased) and Gloria. Sister to Terry, Tracey and David, Sister-in-law to Gavin, Katrina, Leigh Ann and Dean. Aunty to Cody, Jayden, James, Braxton, Luke and Kayne Beloved Friend to many.Always remembered and forever in our hearts.
