JACOBSON. - Funeral Prayers for Mrs Lisa Jacobson will be offered at St Anthony's Shrine, 182 Power St, Hawthorn on WEDNESDAY (Nov. 2, 2011) commencing at 11 a.m. A Private Cremation will follow In lieu of flowers, donations to the McGrath Foundation would be most appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Church. If possible, out of respect please wear an item of pink clothing.
