A Requiem Mass will be offered for the Repose of the soul of the late Mrs. Judith-Anne Bernadette Jacobs at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church 9 Centre Dandenong Rd, Cheltenham on Wednesday 10th February commencing at 11.30 am. At the conclusion of Mass the cortege will follow to Springvale Memorial Park for Burial.
