Late of Highfields, passed away peacefully on 4th July 2021, aged 21 years.

Dearly loved Son of Bradley and Joanna. Loved Brother of Ryan and Clare. Loving Grandson of Michael and Lorraine Hogan (Mickey and Rainey), Douglas and Judith Hemmings (Grandy and Nanna). Adored by his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Jack's life, to be held at HumeRidge Church of Christ, 461 Hume Street, Kearneys Spring, Friday, 16th July 2021, service commencing at 9.30am, followed by interment at the Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance.
