HOOK, Henry Maxwell “Mick”

Late of Bupa Glenvale, passed away peacefully on 8th June 2019, aged 77 years.

Loved eldest Brother of Morrie (decd), Cheryle (decd), Ian and Lyn.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Henrys funeral to be held graveside at Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery, cnr Anzac Avenue and South Street, Toowoomba, service commencing at 11.00am, Tuesday, 18th June 2019.

Ian would like to thank Dr Andrew Whittaker and the staff of Bupa Glenvale for their care of Henry.
