Dearly beloved Wife of Michael (Dec). Devoted Partner of Thomas Powell (Dec). Much loved Mother of Guy (Dec), Diane (& David), Lesley (& Nigel) & Robert. Loving Gran to Nick (& Sarah), Ellen, Michael & Chris. Special Friend to Lara & the extended Powell family.

A Celebration of Joyce's Life will be held on Friday 24 of August, 2018 at the Integrity Funerals Chapel, 18 Tonga Place, Parkwood commencing at 2 p.m.
