Pauline passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 7th May 2025 aged 89 years.
Daughters Lesley-Ann and Susan invite you to celebrate the life of their beloved mother, Pauline Hoffman who touched so many with her love, kindness and strength on Monday 26th May 2025 at 10am at the Simplicity Funerals Chapel, 411 Mulgrave Road Westcourt QLD 4870.
There will be a viewing at the chapel on Friday 23rd May at 4pm should you wish to pay your respects prior to the celebration of Pauline's life.
for those who are unable to attend Pauline's celebration of life, a livestream link will be available to stream the service.
Pauline has requested a donation to the Leukemia Foundation in lieu of flowers.
