Late of Atherton. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 23rd March 2021, aged 62 years. 

Beloved wife of Chris (dec). loved mother and nan of Tammy and her family. Cherished sister, aunty and great aunty of Bev and her family. 

Relatives and friends of Hazel are respectfully invited to attend her funeral which is appointed to move from Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle’s Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd Atherton on Thursday, 1st April 2021 after a service commencing at 2.00pm, for interment in the Atherton cemetery.
