Late of Toowoomba, passed away on 7 March 2024, aged 74 years.

Beloved Husband of Noela. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Sonja; David (dec’d); Ross & Andrea; and Dennis & Helen. Much loved Grandpa of Deanna, Nathan & Annie, Ashley, Jacob, Natasha, Dominique, Tyrone, Matilda and Great-Grandpa of Hosanna.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Graveside Service for Cecil to be held at the Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance, 1001 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 10:30am Friday 22 March 2024.
