Beloved wife Dennis (deceased), loved mum & mother-in-law of Shawn, Terri & Jason, April & Raymond, adored nan and g-ma, dear sister.

Relatives and friends are respectfully informed that Hazel’s interment of ashes service will be held at the Wallangarra General Cemetery, Thursday 6th February, commencing at 1:00 pm (Queensland time).
