Funeral Mass of Mr. Haydn Chapman will be offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 251 Diamond Creek Road, Greensborough North on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 11.00 am. 

Following the Mass, refreshments will be served at the Tobin Brothers Chapel, 49-55 Main Street, Diamond Creek.

The burial will take place at the Eltham Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Road, Eltham at 4.00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Church.
