Passed away peacefully on 24th March 2019, Aged 78 years. Beloved husband of Valerie. Step father of John, Graham, Linda, Damien, Kim & Brett and Grandfather to their families. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral service for Samuel which will be held at the Burkin Svendsens Chapel, 411 Mulgrave Road, Westcourt, on Friday 29th March 2019 commencing at 4pm.
