The FAMILY and FRIENDS of the late Mr NOEL HAMMOND are respectfully advised that his Funeral Service will be conducted in the Smithfield & Elizabeth Funeral Chapel, Cnr Main North and Womma Roads, Elizabeth North on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 12.30 pm. Following the Funeral Service the cortege will proceed to the Smithfield Memorial Park, Smith Road Evanston South for the committal. In leiu of floral tributes donation in memory of Noel to the Heart Foundation S A would be appreciated. Envelopes avalable at the service.
