Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service for Mrs Mary Patricia Hammond-Carlson to be held at our Cambridge Chapel, 20 Kennedy Drive, on Thursday (April 4, 2024) at 1:00pm. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made to Cancer Council Tasmania in Mary’s memory and will be warmly received at the service. Following this service, interment will take place in the cemetery at approx. 2:00pm.
