A service to celebrate the life of
Jennifer Hamilton
will be held at Geelong Memorial Park Chapel,
110 Burvilles Rd,
Mount Duneed,
on WEDNESDAY (19th March), at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jennifer may be made to Lorne Community Hospital.
Private cremation to follow.
