Passed away peacefully at the RAH on 31 October 2018. Aged 39 years. Our husband and daddy, our warrior – now resting. A score of time spent with Mel. Not enough time spent with Kane and Angus. We love you. Loved son of Brian and Helen. Brother to Suzanne, Michael and families. Peacefully sleeping after a courageous battle.
Derek's Memorial Service will be held on Sunday 11 November 2018 at 2 pm at the Keyneton Oval.
