Late of Condon. Passed away peacefully on Friday 9th October, 2020 at Townsville University Hospital surrounded by his Loving Family. Beloved Husband of Clare. Much Loved Father of Michele and Duane. Adored “Pops” of Shari, and Matt. Loving Brother of Brian and Karen and Uncle of their respective Families. GRAEME will be sadly missed by his Family and his many Friends.
