to be held in it's entirety at the Florey Chapel,

Jubilee Complex, Centennial Park, Goodwood Road, Pasadena on

TUESDAY 9th July, 2024 commencing at 11:00am.

In lieu of floral tributes, a donation in memory of Phil

may be forwarded to the Heart Foundation.
